Custom Remanufacturing — Finger Jointing

One finger joint line which specializes in making studs (70,000,000 FBM annual capacity) accepts components 13-30” in length. A second finger joint line specializes in making long length products in 2x4, 2x6, 2x8 and 2x10 up to 40’ using components 3-10’. Both lines use Heat Resistant Adhesive (HRA). Gillwood Remanufacturing has pro-actively responded to the upcoming changes in the multi-level building code requirements for more heat and fire resistant building products.
